Meet Our New Granddaughter

We like you to meet our granddaughter Isabella Ann who was born this afternoon. She weighs in at 6 lbs and 10 oz (3,5 kg), is 19 inches (48,3 cm) long, and mother and baby are doing fine.

Isn't she a cutie?!

Everything went well, although Isabella didn't cry that much as soon as they brought her into this world. She had some fluid in her lungs, because she was born with a c-section, but that was resolved quickly.

That brings the grand total of our grandchildren to 5, of which Isabella is our second granddaughter. Yes, we will have our hands full when all of them would be over, but that keeps us young. :-)

We are grateful and thankful that Isabella is healthy. Praise and gratitude to God, for He is so good!
