Mind Over Matter
When something happens which is emotionally distressful then it is not always easy to go on with life. We have been experiencing it ourselves lately; every waking moment we are consumed with sorrow and concerns. The only time we are not, is when we force ourselves to be distracted and focus on other things.
It might be a good time to purchase some yoga equipment and dive in to Yoga. It strengthens and clears the mind, which can only be beneficial at this point. It would definitely be of help to put mind over matter which would make dealing with emotional issues a lot easier.
I also know that a strong mind is extremely handy when it comes to pain management. In all those years before, when having to deal with excruciating pain, I forced myself not to think about it and pushed through; it increased my pain levels and made it bearable.
When you are able to sit down on the floor, yoga mats are in order to provide you with the comfort you need. It may not be easy to sit down and get up, but take your time and do it slowly. It is a matter of mind over body in this case and you are in control of that.
You don't have to do it all at once; I don't even recommend that. Take one step at the time, no matter how small. Set a goal and keep that in mind. Eventually you will reach it and feel better for having accomplished such major task.
Should getting down and up turn out to be too hard on you, then don't despair or give up. There are also yoga balls available, which will still allow you to practice Yoga. It may be trial and error, but eventually you will find what works best for you. Just remember: you can do anything as long as you put your mind to it.

Not from her, she clearly expressed not to have any more contact. Word gets around though and we know she has rented a house. I guess that is good; at least the boys can play outside.
