High Five
Lil' Kc has been testing his boundaries for a while now. He grabs things he knows he is not supposed to touch. When he has it, he usually walks up to either his mom or me, holding out his little hand, as if he was to say: "Look, I got it, but I am giving it back!"
He does listen though, when we warn him not to touch. We believe in praise as well, so we tell him he did a good job and in the beginning, we would applaud him. He loved it and had a grin from ear to ear. Nowadays, when we praise him on a job well done, he claps his own hands!
It's a joy to see him do so. What's even cuter is, his Mom and Dad taught him to give High Five, after an accomplishment. Just hold up your hand and say "High Five" and he comes running up to you and slaps his little hand on yours.
Yeah, that tickles Oma to no end. Okay, okay, I admit it. I just love my little buddy. :-D
I can imagine God takes delight in us the same way, when we listen and accept His leadership and guidance. :-)
Psalm 37:23
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way.

Morning Corry,
I just love the way you keep us informed of my lit'l buddies ! Reminds me of the little things Cole did when he followed me around after I got off work ? Besides learning to spit chewing tobacco like I did [ he would just spit cause he wasn't allowed chewing tobacco ] I would do a silly little shuffle with my feet and get so tickled at him trying to do it ?
Blessings.
grandpaw.
PS-- Tell KC I said hello !
Grandpaw,
I love sharing those little things. I am about to print them out and save them in a book, so they will have something to laugh about when they are older.
I can just picture Cole doing that. I do hope he will be able to shuffle a lot more.
Kc says hi as well.
We will talk to you soon.
Have a very blessed day!
God's Grace.
Awwww Lil' Kc is sooo cute. I really hope to meet you all face to face one day! :) (((hug)))

Hey Corry! I loved reading about your little fella - he sounds so cute. Children are precious...can't wait to have more grandbabies. Hope you're doing well this week, Corry. I don't get around to all the blogs as often as before, but trying to catch up this week:-) Sending you a big hug! ~ Vicki
Kitty,
That would be awesome!! :-D
You never know what God has in store.

Vicki,
It is so good to see you. No need to apologize, I don't have much time to make the rounds either. I try whenever I can.
I hope y'all are doing well.
(((HUGS)))
God's Grace.
Corry, that is great. I loved it when my boys were little and learned to doing something new. When Glen was a baby, he would clap his feet together and laugh. It was such fun to watch. I know you enjoy those babies so much. Thanks for sharing them with us. Blessings.
Amy,
It is my pleasure to share. They are such a blessing!
I can imagine how you enjoyed watching Glen clap his little feet. That must have been so cute. They grow up way too fast. :-)
Then again, I think every age has their charms.
Many blessings to y'all.
God's Grace.
Yay (High Five)!! :p

Hey Lieve Zus, good to see you. As long as you are just being lazy, that's fine with me. I was getting concerned something was wrong with you.:-)
