Health and Home Security

We are not big into material possessions. Sure, we have decent furniture, cloths, etc, but it is not of the utmost importance to us. What is important to me though, is that my family has the best of health and therefore the best of food. Since the meals are my responsibility, I do the best I can.

It so turned out that I did not; there was too much salt in our food already. Little did I know and in my ignorance I added to it while trying to prepare a good meal. I suppose you can guess the result: a way too high blood pressure.

I started looking for groceries that were low in sodium, but that is an extremely difficult task. There is not much with no, or little salt in it. Eventually, we found several snacks, bread and meats which suited the bill and we came up with lots of different, tasty combinations. Yup, the blood pressure has already gone down quite a bit.

Then it dawned on me: I can try and keep my family healthy, but what good does that do if they are not safe? Excellent ADT alarm systems cost not much. Since Fort Knox uses them then I am beyond a shadow of a doubt ensured of the security of my loved ones!
