Causes Of Fatigue Part 2

Some other causes which might lead to fatigue are infections and other conditions which are not immediately obvious, like Fybromyalgia for instance, or poor functioning adrenal glands.

The latter is usually a result of being under stress for a long time which eventually wears out the glands and results in fatigue. Taking vitamin B5 and C, as well as meditation and exercise should help getting them back on track, but in case of an underlying infection or disease, you better see a doctor.

Did you know that fatigue can be brought on by what you eat? You may be sensitive or intolerant to a certain type of food and you may not even be aware of it. The person to see for finding out is either a dietitian or an internist.

Obstructive sleep apnea may be the culprit for not catching enough and recuperative hours of Z's at night. The solution to this problem depends on how severe the sleep apnea is and there are several methods for solving it. A night at a Sleep Study Center is required to determine what the best option is.

Interrupted and/or insufficient sleep is usually the most common cause for fatigue. Worries or stress may keep you from falling asleep quickly and waking up several times at night are not helping either.

When you know the culprit, you may be able to do something about it, but when it is out of your hands, it is best to give it to God. There is no better place for it to be and you can rest assured!

Proverbs 3:24
When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet.
