The Perfect Resolution

The holidays are not over yet. One more day and they are behind us. That doesn't mean we are entirely done with them. Besides having to take down and store all the decorations for next year, we probably also stored a few unwanted pounds we desperately need to get rid of.

I am always surprised as to how quickly I gain the weight in just those few days and how it takes at least several weeks to loose those excessive pounds. I don't like going on a diet. I have no problem though watching the calories as long as it tastes good.

Most of the low and/or no calorie foods hardly ever do, although those products have been improved over the past few years. You can really make a very low calorie meal these days that tastes delicious by using miracle noodles, which have no calories at all.

The noodles have no taste of their own, but take on the flavors of any spices, sauces, or other ingredients they are mixed with. They would be great for making a heart-healthy soup for instance that sticks to your ribs, while reducing the glycemic index at the same time.

Those miracle noodles sound like the perfect solution for a New Year's resolution: loosing weight without loosing the taste!
