Did You Know That....

-The liquid inside young coconuts can be used as a substitute for Blood plasma?

-Donkeys kill more people annually than plane crashes or shark attacks?

-You burn more calories sleeping than you do watching television?

-Apples, not caffeine, are more efficient at waking you up in the morning?

-Most dust particles in your house are made from dead skin?!

-The first owner of the Marlboro Company died of lung cancer. So did the first 'Marlboro Man'?

-Dentists have recommended that a toothbrush be kept at least six feet away from a toilet to avoid airborne particles resulting from the flush?

I have to admit that I did not know most of this. I already had gained some wisdom about the last one. A research on TV had clearly proven that when you flush it blows a cloud of 'yukkies' in the air which settle down on everything within at least 3 feet.

You can prevent that by closing the lid before you flush or, as it is recommended, put your toothbrush at a safe distance from the toilet. I suppose for us that means we have to put it in the bedroom??? Not very handy, huh?!

Everyone has their own experiences and we can definitely learn from each other. We ought to be willing to listen and consider tough. :-)

1 Corinthians 4:6
Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that you may learn in us not to think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on behalf of one against the other.
