Being Healthy, Staying Healthy

We probably all have used Oregano in one of our recipes and if you haven't then you may at least have consumed it while feasting on a slice of pizza. This herb is commonly sold and used dried, but those of you with a green thumb may even grow it and use this aromatic plant fresh, to season all kinds of dishes.

Besides dried and fresh, there is also the option of Oregano Oil. Oregano has many health benefits; it contains lots of antioxidants and is used for fighting colds, influenza, mild fevers, fungal infections and indigestion, to name a few.

Reaping the healthy qualities of an herb is much easier then making sure you get the required amount of daily vitamins. After having supplemented for 6 months with vitamin D capsules, my levels of this vitamin seem finally up to snuff again.

I know I need to get more sunshine, but that is easier said then done. It is usually way too hot to be outside and it may not be a bad idea to ensure the depletion will not reoccur by taking Bio D-Mulsion. Yeah, being healthy is one thing, but staying healthy is a different story!

It is hard to maintain good health ...not as simple as it sounds. It is a wealth when depleted is very difficult to replenish.
