Easy Ways To Relief Stress

I know from experience that physical exercise is relaxation for the mind. It takes away a lot of stress and also increases your coping skills when it comes to dealing with taxing situations and problems.

Being active will get all the good endorphins flowing and that increases your energy, but not everyone is able to work-out. That shouldn't be a problem when it comes to reducing stress; there are several other ways which are just as effective and don't require much effort.

A very tasty way is to eat some chocolate or drink a cup of hot coco. Studies and researches have proven that just a small amount of this delicacy boosts your mood practically instantaneously. Being a chocoholic, I am all for that. Grin.

A very enjoyable way is to play with your pet. Dogs in particular are not only excellent company, but great stress relievers as well. It is not surprisingly that they are called a man's best friend; they sure are.

A very effective way is to turn off your phone or put it on silence when you go to sleep or take a nap. The consequences of a broken sleep are fatigue, moodiness, weakened immune system, and it makes you much more vulnerable to stress.

A very calming way it going outside and taking some deep breaths of fresh air to increase the oxygen flow to your brain. While you are there, take a little walk, enjoy all nature has got to offer, and experience its soothing effect.

The best way however is to trust God, laying it at His feet, and having faith He will give you what you need. Rest assured; He will. You will experience His love, comfort, and soothing presence, and see things in a new light!

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
