Don't Overlook Fatigue
A lot of people may not think much about some of the symptoms they experience and the doctors don't either, because most of those symptoms are rather vague or can and will commonly occur in every person.
Some of them however can be indicators of a more serious condition. When you are constantly tired, it could mean you might be suffering from depression, hypothyroidism, vitamin-D deficiency, diabetes, or sleep apnea.
The last should be treated, since it can lead to even more complications such as hypertension, stroke, and heart attack. Don't take chronic fatigue lightly and bring it to the attention of your physician.
Low thyroid, also called Hypothyroidism, could also be at the foundation of your fatigue. It includes symptoms like aches and pains, not loosing any weight, and increased cholesterol levels among others.
Fibromyalgia can cause insomnia too as well as pain throughout your body and so called "brain fog". It can be treated very well these days, but just like with many other diseases, prevention is the best medicine.
There is a lot you can do and in order to rise and shine, you have to keep the last word in mind. The word stands for Sleep, Hormones, Immunity, Nutrition, and Exercise. Addressing and paying attention to all these will boost your energy levels and improve and support the quality of your health.
Being tired on occasions is quite normal, but when it is ever present, a visit to your doctor is recommended since there may be more going on than meets the eye. I hope and pray that is not the case!
3 John 1:2
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
