Health and Hygiene

When reading my previous post you may have been shocked to learn, how we would actually be jeopardizing our own health by keeping our toothbrush too close to the toilet.

I know for a fact that it has been clinically proven that those particles do adhere to the toothbrush. That totally defeats the purpose of dental hygiene; it could turn out to be a hazard to our physical well being instead.

It may neither be very convenient nor feasible to put your toothbrush further away from the toilet. It also makes me wonder about all our other personal grooming items in there: if those particles settle on the toothbrush, they will settle on anything within the six feet range.

The best thing to do probably is to close the lid before flushing and wash our hands diligently with soap. Washing our mouths with soap suddenly makes a lot of sense to me as well. :-)
