Aloe Vera Juice

We all may already be aware of the fact that Aloe Vera has many healing properties, but I had never heard of Aloe Vera juice until it was brought to my attention that drinking it has many health benefits and of course I had to check it out as soon as I got a chance.

Aloe Vera juice is rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamin A, C, E, B12, B6, B2, B1, folic acid, niacin, zinc, manganese and magnesium, protein, calcium, germanium, essential fatty acids and enzymes.

The juice of this plant has a cleansing and detoxifying effect on the body and therefore improves the overall function of it. It cleanses the stomach, kidneys, spleen, liver, bloodstream, bladder and colon, by getting rid of unhealthy cell matter.

Due to its high level of antioxidants it sustains, increases and strengthens the body's immune system. This may benefit Arthritis patients, because it can decrease the swelling and inflammation of the joints and is even said to heal the tissue damage which can occurs from Rheumatoid Arthritis and other related diseases.

There are more health benefits to and applications for which this juice can be used, but I also found some warnings which should also be kept in mind. Since it would become quite an extensive write up, covering all the pros and cons of drinking Aloe Vera juice, I will tell you more in my next posts.

It occurs more often then not, that I am quite amazed by all the health benefits of the food we consume. It shows once again how God only has our best in mind!

Genesis 1:29
And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
