Stop Your Health From Going Up In Smoke

It is quite difficult to quit smoking, especially when you have done it regularly for years, but now would be the time to put a halt to this unhealthy habit and all the health risks you expose yourself to each time you light up.

It doesn't matter how long you have been a tobacco user, although the longer you smoked, the higher the risk of suffering a heart attack or a stroke. Even when you took up smoking recently, it still presents a high risk for those as well as for developing emphysema and chronic bronchitis (COPD), lung cancer, pancreatic, larynx, and mouth cancer, peripheral vascular disease, and hypertension.

Before you grab another cigarette and deeply inhale all the carcinogens, think about the studies which have shown that smokers are three times more likely to die before reaching the age of 60 or 70 then those who didn't use tobacco products and that on average you cut back your own life by 13.2 to 14.5 years.

Why not gather up the motivation and courage and start beating smoking? By partaking in a smoking cessation study, you will decrease the health risks, gradually repair the damage smoking has already inflicted on your body and increase your longevity.

You will receive counseling, monitoring, and all the support necessary to successfully reach your goal and stop your life from going up in smoke!
