Slowing Down

I don't know what I did, but it must not have been good. Since yesterday morning my right shoulder is giving me a lot of problems and with certain movements it feels like it is about to come out of its socket.

I suspect, somehow I must have overdone it and my suspicion is that it may have been caused by hammering stakes in the ground to keep our dog from using the holes she dug under the fence. Yeah, she still finds new places to get out and when she doesn't she creates them.

Either way, I will have to try taking it easy for a while and hope and pray that will cure it. Try is the key word here, because with our grandchildren being here, that is easier said then done.

Another thing is that I don't want to slow down; I want to enjoy all the time we have with them. Oh well, God gives what is needed when it is needed and everything happens for a reason.

My unvoluntary slowing down may be needed to repair some of the damage and that pertains to more then just my shoulder. There is a lot more out of place and although we didn't create it, we suffer the consequences.

We have faith though: God can take a mess and turn it into gold in an instance! :-)

Hebrews 2:4
God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?
