Healthy Apps On The Go

I suspect I am one of the few who got stuck in the twentieth century by not having a mobile phone. That is fine by me, because I don't need one. For those of you who do, it may be beneficial checking out these health apps which can be used on iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or Android, and are free for download.

We are often stuck with questions pertaining to health, conditions, medications, etc. and like to get an answer quick. That is now possible with HealthTap at healthtap.com. Simply submit your question and a real physician with a valid medical license will provide you with answers.

Another helpful app may be ZocDoc at zocdoc.com. By entering your zip code and all the applicable insurance information, it provides you with a list of available physicians where you can make an appointment.

In case you are on a diet and like to keep track of all the consumed and burned calories, the calorie counter and diet tracker from myfitnesspal.com is a good solution. It furnishes you with all the necessary information so you can easily stay on track.

If all of this is stressing you out, then Stress Check at azumio.com may be an app you want to download. It is all literally at your fingertip, meaning that it measures the level of stress with the touch of the tip of your index finger and gives hints, options, and tricks on how to lower the amount of stress.

This constantly evolving technology, its applications, options and possibilities, keep amazing me and the end is not yet in sight. Sooner or later though, the ideas and options may be depleted and it all could come to a screeching halt.

There are times when life comes to a screeching halt, because all the ideas and options for solving a problem are exhausted. That doesn't mean that you have to live with and in an impossible situation. It just means having faith and patience, because God can turn any situation and problem into gold!

Mark 10:27
But Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible."
