Did You Know.....

That it is best to take off your shoes before you enter your home? Shoes you wore outside can track in pollen and other allergy-triggering contaminants. If you don't want to leave them at the door then carry them in and take them directly to their place of storage.

Once home and ready to enjoy supper, don't eat it while watching TV. Watching TV and eating at the same time is distracting and you will eat more and faster. You may want to expand your view concerning all that is going on in the world, but you sure don't want to expand your waistline as well while doing so.

When it finally is time to go to bed, but you would like to dedicate some time to reading before examining your eyelids from the inside then make sure the light falls onto your reading material and as little as possible on you. The darkness surrounding you will give room to your brain and body to ease into sleep mode.

Once ready to catch some Zs don't cover up under several layers of blankets. It so turns out that a lower body temperature increases drowsiness which results in falling asleep faster. You can speed up the process and let the excessive body heat escape by exposing your hands and feet to the cooler night air.

One other thing you shouldn't overlook is to go over the day, count all the many blessings and be thankful for them. Ask God for what you need and seek His guidance and leadership in all. He will answer, show, and open doors!

Isaiah 28:29
This also comes from the Lord of hosts, Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance.

Hello, this is the first time I have ever visited your blog, so I wanted to leave a comment for you. First off, I wanted to say congrats on creating such a great blog, my girlfriend is starting her own and it certainly takes some time and effort! However, I will admit that I had another purpose for leaving this comment today. Last month was Arthritis Awareness Month, and I helped to put together an infographic in honor of this widespread event. While I tried to share it with as many people as possible over the course of May, there were of inevitably many that I was just not able to reach during the month. So, I figured that it wouldn't hurt to reach out to some more people this month, because spreading awareness for the many forms of arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis) is a crucial undertaking that requires a little more time. If you are interested then I invite you to check out my arthritis awareness infographic and share it with others!
