The Light

It's encouraging to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. It's even more encouraging to know WHEN!
~Corry.

Psalm 36:9
For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.

Janice,
I just did! Loved the poem. Did you write that?

(((HUGS)))

Ron,
Credit to you, brother. Without you sending it to me, I wouldn't have made that post.
Ron, during all the time I have been blogging, I do not recall having had one comment that wasn't made in good Christian Love (except spam). Every one of you visiting here, are always so encouraging, supporting, loving and caring. You are the salt of the earth! Praise The Lord for such wonderful friends like y'all!

I too depend on that Light and seek it each morning as soon as I open my eyes. Every day He is my light at the end of the tunnel! :-)

Have a blessed day, filled with joy.

God's Grace.

Corry, this post reminds me of a song called "The Light". Part of it goes, "there's not enough darkness to put out the light. It can't be extinguished by man's sinful night. There's not enough darkness to cover God's son. There's not enough power. It cannot be done." Shine, Jesus, Shine. Blessings to you.

It's coming rather slowly. I have been so busy these last few weeks. My family came in a we had a great visit. At work I have had a massive amount of extra things to do and have had to use some home time to keep up. Church life is busy as always this time of year and both of the boys are playing base ball so we have been up at the ball park alot. (I had been drawing while they were practicing, but Clay would frown if I pulled out my pencils during the game. He is playing catcher this year and sees everything.) :)
Excuses, Excuses I know. I am trying to get ready for a yard sale on may 12th also. Calgon take me away! lol. Hope you are having a good week anyway. Ha Ha! Sorry for taking up so much room. I am rambling today.

April 30, 2007 10:36 AM
Blogger Corry said...

Amy,
No apologies please, I enjoy your rambling:-)

You sure have and had your plate full. And it seems like you do it all with a merry heart. That is the most important thing! :-)
I sympathise though! I have been working on a drawing for about two weeks now. Each time something else came up that needed taking care of. All for a reason, huh? And if God thinks it's best then I won't complain!

Hey...need help with the yard-sale? I love yard-sales. Although I don't think you would sell much, I would prolly find a use and a purpose for most of it, hahaha.

Have a very blessed day, dear sis.

God's Grace.

I would love to have you come and help. My youngest, Glen, has been back in the boxes we cleaned out 2 months ago. If I don't hurry and have it he will have toted it all back to his room. :) Thanks for all your encouragement. I needed it today. God bless.

Amy,
You are most welcome! We all need some encouragement and support from time to time and I am grateful God used me to be of help.

Sounds like your youngest and I would get along well, hahaha.
It's difficult for me to let something go when I suspect a "hidden potential" in it. Although, even when I keep it, it will not go back in the house but ends up needly put away in the building untill I find a use for it.

Have a blessed day, dear sister.

God's Grace.
