Fix It

My mother in law has problems with her Outlook Express. For some reason she can receive e-mail, but can not send and she has no clue what is wrong. We will go over and take a look at it to see if there is anything that can be done.

It could well be that she gets an error message which could indicate that there is something wrong with a .pts file. A .pts is computer language for a Personal Storage Table. It is a file used to store local copies of messages, calendar events and other items within Microsoft software and is mostly used for Microsoft Exchange Client, Windows Messaging, and Microsoft Outlook.

I am grateful that I have no problems.... yet. In case I do then I would need a good PST Repair tool. Remo software provides all that and more. Recovering e-mail or erasing data from your hard drive permanently is turned into a piece of cake.

In case your Outlook gives you error messages, takes too long to load or open one of your messages, it may well be that one of your .pts files is not working right. Don't wait too long, but get the software and fix it as quickly as possible. It will save you a lot of aggravation and that is totally unnecessary.

How is your Mother-in-law's email account now, Lieve Zus? My friend had problems with her hotmail account every now and then.

God's Grace.
