Take Advantage Of The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit

Sometimes I wished we had a bigger home and could give our oldest daughter some more space. I think she would be happy to have another room in addition to her bedroom and turn it in to a living area.

Maybe we ought to check in to the 2010 Homebuyer Tax Credits. We have been living in this one for so long now, we would certainly qualify and could receive up to $6,500 tax credit.

Our daughter would even be better off buying a home. She could take advantage of the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit, since she has not owned a house for the past three years and her tax credit could run up to $8,000.

There are more benefits to it and the following video is absolutely worth watching in case you like to take advantage of the abundance of houses which are overflowing the real estate market at present.

Now would really be a good time to buy a house; the choice is enormous and the prices are low. The advice is not to count on these home buyer tax credits to continue in the future. As a matter of fact, to qualify you should try taking advantage of them by April 30, 2010.

I would hate for our oldest daughter to move out, but this would be a great opportunity for her to become the proud owner of her own little abode. Who knows; it may be her only opportunity!
