Scrubs and Fashion

When my husband was in the hospital I noticed the nurses were wearing different colors nursing uniforms and I finally figured out it had to do with their status and even the division it would be categorized under.

To give you a few examples; blue scrubs were worn by the nurses, green scrubs by the surgeon's assistants and the red ones represented the cleaning crew. There were many more different scrubs and some of them were printed, instead of being all one color.

When you take a look at what is available on the blue sky scrubs website it is apparent that medical uniforms have taken a positive turn concerning fashion and style. I consider that to be a good thing.

I also think it was about time; this is a serious line of work and if you have to wear these uniforms all day long, then they may as well be something you like and are comfortable in!
