Flavorful and Healthy

Even though I am not really fond of cooking, I do have my moments. I love making my own spaghetti sauce from scratch and of course I use Oregano to spice it up. The wonderful fragrance and exquisite flavor of this herb give any dish just that little splash of pizzazz it needs.

Oregano has many health benefits and it does not hurt to use it more often. On the contrary; don't be stingy with it and if for some reason the herb can't be used, or the taste for it is simply not present, make sure to always have lots of Oregano Oil handy.

No, it does not solely have to be used during cooking; it can also be taken separately during a meal without spoiling or interfering with all the flavors of the main course. At least it ensures that the body gets all the vitamins and health benefits this oil possesses.

Oregano can easily be grown in- or outside and the latter would be preferred, because exposure to the sun provides the body with the necessary vitamin D. To end up being vitamin D depleted is no fun, but the heat of the sun may be just a bit too much. With Bio D-Mulsion, the worries about lack of vitamin D are off the table.

It may be a good thing to put Bio D-Mulsion on the table, along with the Oregano!
