Health Boosters

I always like to find home- and/or natural remedies for all kinds of ailments and I was already aware of all the benefits of oregano. This herb is mainly used in the Italian kitchen and if you have eaten pizza or spaghetti then you have also consumed oregano, because it is used to spice up the sauce.

Tea made of this herb is great for the digestive system; it relieves and prevents bloating. A few drops of Oregano Oil, taken daily during a meal, have turned out to be an excellent source for calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, potassium, copper, boron, manganese, vitamin C, A, E and niacin.

No, it does not provide you with vitamin D and you should keep an eye on your vitamin D intake; make sure you get enough. Apparently, many people have a deficiency when it comes to this particular vitamin, but that can easily be solved with Bio D-Mulsion.

Remember: safety comes first. Therefore, consult your physician before taking any supplements and/or vitamins and stick to the recommended dosage, unless your doctor tells you otherwise!
