Mind Over Matter

Have you noticed how concerns and depression can lead to all kinds of physical conditions and illnesses? I am quite certain it is true, because I have experienced it myself. When being deeply troubled or leaning towards depression, headaches, upset stomach, and more of these ailments are the order of the day.

Our state of mind has a great influence on our health and overall feeling of well being and we shouldn't underestimate the power our brain possesses. With ilchi lee's methods, we can learn how to train, cleanse and apply our mind to its fullest potential and lead a happier and healthier life.

We can access, control and take advantage of our mind's capabilities through Dahn Yoga and brain respiration. The five steps ilchi lee developed improving the latter, will not only lead to more inner peace, but also to apply our bodily energy towards physical healing of the many conditions we may suffer from.

I have always been a little skeptical when it came to alternative healing methods, but when I read ilchi lee's philosophy on it; I have to admit that he has some good points there. It sure is worth giving it a try, especially since I am already convinced of the fact that it comes down to mind over matter!
