Food For Thought
I suppose I am like most women; I love gold jewelry and can stand in front of a jewelry shop, gazing at it, for hours. Actually, I think men like it as well. Several of my uncles and even my grandfather bought gold bullion as an investment.
They preferred to buy gold bullion in the form of coins and were always keeping their eyes peeled for sellers and traders, in order to expand their collection.
My grandfather was rather proud of his collection and showed it to me at one time. I was impressed and he advised me to buy bullion, because it would only appreciate more in the future.
I never got around to doing so, but it is not too late to start investing in bullion. It is, like my grandfather used to say, only going up in value which could turn out being beneficial in the years to come.
With the economy as it is, I don't see us retire pretty soon, unless we would start a gold IRA; that would build up a nice little nest egg for when we need it most.
That is definitely worth considering!
