Aloe Vera Juice Part II

It is already established that Aloe Vera juice regulates and improves the digestive system, due to the fact that it increases the absorption of the nutrients from the different foods we eat. It is also a good remedy for acid reflux, constipation, Chrohn's disease, colitis and in preventing stomach ulcers.

High blood pressure can be lowered as well by drinking this juice. It is also said that it helps to improve the quality of the blood by getting rid of dead cells, replace, repair and stimulates the growth of new cells, prevents fat build up in arteries and keeps the consistency of the blood, which benefits the overall circulation.

Other pros of Aloe Vera juice are:
- It can help in achieving weight loss and making it easier to maintain it.
- It improves the overall skin condition and can cure acne, eczema and psoriasis.
- It increases your energy.
- It assists in helping to keep your mouth and gums healthy and fight gingivitis and ulcers.
- The risk of getting leukemia, kidney stones, kidney and/or heart disease is reduces by drinking this juice daily.
- It helps in the treatment and healing of asthma.
- Aloe Vera juice stabilizes blood sugar levels when suffering from diabetes.
- It relieves leg cramps.
- It cures insomnia.

Even though in a lot of cases we contribute the healing powers to the food we eat, we should not forget that God created all of it and give credit where credit is due! :-)

Jeremiah 33:6
Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.
