Dedicated To Shedding Pounds Part 2

There may be some other reasons why you are not loosing any weight or don't see any results.

One of them could be due to the fact that exercise converts fat in to muscle mass. That is good and much needed, but it may not show up on your scales as a decreasing number. Don't worry and keep at it; eventually it will.

The diet you are on may not be one of the healthiest and it could well be an obstruction to loosing weight in the long run. The body needs fat and carbohydrates in order to function at its best. Don't erase those nutrients from your diet, but consume them in moderation.

You may have to make some changes to your exercise routine. Cardio is good for building up stamina, strenthening the heart and improving blood circulation and it will equate in weight loss, but don't overlook weight training either. The latter works different muscles and helps building muscle mass which too is needed for shedding the pounds.

Loosing weight is easier said then done and it can be quite disappointing when you don't see a lower number on the scales after you have been dilligently doing your exercises and sticking to your diet. Don't give up though; you may not see it at present, but you will be rewarded for your effort in the future.

Keeping God's word is easier said then done and we may not see the results right away. We shouldn't let disappointment get to us and be an excuse for giving up. Let's persevere with the knowledge we will be rewarded for our efforts in the future! :-)

Romans 8:25
But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.
