Pros and Cons of A Pain Reliever

I noticed several ads lately about a new over the counter arthritis joint pain reliever called Instaflex Joint Support and I thought it might be helpful to look into it and see what kind of information I could come up with.

It turns out this product is mainly intended for mild to average joint pain caused by arthritis, which doesn't require prescription medications. It has to be taken 3 times daily and is supposed to help over time. In other words; you will not get any instant gratification.

Some of the ingredients are ginger, boswellia serrata, turmeric, white willow bark and cayenne pepper and is supposed to have the following benefits:
- To relieve and comfort the joints by reducing inflammation and stiffness.
- Lubricate for healthy fluid movement and hence protect and increase mobility.

It sounds good; however, there are some negative aspects to the product:
- The amount of the ingredients is not shown and not all ingredients are listed.
- There have not been any clinical tests conducted on this formula.
- It is rather expensive, can only be ordered online and requires customers to enroll in a 30 day automatic shipment program.

You can obtain a 14-day free trial, but that may not be enough to fully experience the benefits. You also have to be very careful, when ordering the trial, to ensure to cancel immediately otherwise you will keep on getting and paying for a new shipment every month.

I found some reviews from consumers and the majority was not very positive. You can try it at your own risk, but a good alternative could be fish oil. It is a lot cheaper and research has proven that it is quite effective too. Don't forget to consult your doctor first.

It is not easy finding a good, reliable and cheap pain reliever. It may take a while, but God has the best in mind and will give what is needed, when it is needed. It will all come to you in His appointed time!

Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
