Krill Oil Supplement

When it comes to arthritis pain, we are likely to try anything in the hope finding a medication, a product, or supplement which at least provides some relief.

I suspect we have all heard about the benefits of fish oil by now, but I sincerely doubt there is much awareness where Everest Nutrition Krill Oil is concerned. I honestly didn't even know it existed, until now.

I haven't really done a thorough investigation on the subject yet, but so far, the benefits I came across pertaining to Everest Nutrition Krill Oil stand head and shoulders above those attributed to fish-oil.

Some of those benefits are that the Omega-3 fats take less effort for the body to absorb and that the amounts of DHA and EPA are much higher in Everest Nutrition Krill Oil then any other product out there.

When it comes to antioxidants, then it even provides more then twice the amount compared to fish oil and hence is a huge help in the fight and prevention against joint inflammation, heart, and other diseases.

I will certainly dive a little deeper into it and see what more information a research will churn out. So far, it all sounds very promising and if you like to give it a try then by all means, but don't forget to consult your physician first!

I recenlty saw some ads on tv for krill oil. It peeked my interest as I have taken omega 3 and flaxseed oil for my ra. I too thought about giving it a try.
