Next One...

Tropical storms Arlene and Cindy have already passed through and now Hurricane Dennis is on the way to do his deed.

I love wind and storm and would like to stay and watch but then again..... I have never been in a hurricane and I trust hubby when he tells me I really wouldn't want to, wind-lover or not haha. Only God knows how or what damage Dennis will do, but we pray for everyone in it's path. We will head out tomorrow to safer grounds to ride out the hurricane. So far, only Cindy gave us minor damage. She tore off a corner of the roof of our building, but that was quickly and easily fixed by hubby. Me and Blake the cat (who resides in the building, yeah he is spoiled haha) are grateful:-) We pray our home will still be intact when we get back. But... God's Will will be done! I am already grateful we have the means and the opportunity to get our family to safety:-) God willing, I will update after we get back.

All of you in Dennis' path: our prayers are with you. May God keep you safe!

Psalm 107:28-30
28Then they cry out to the LORD in their trouble, And He brings them out of their distresses. 29He calms the storm, So that its waves are still. 30Then they are glad because they are quiet; So He guides them to their desired haven.

I have enjoyed your site. I cannot believe you have had RA since 29. I'm having work done on my knee right now and attempting to write about it. You might enjoy the read.

I saw your comment on my blog (thank you!) and came to check yours out. I love the wind as well but I think I'm w/your hubby as far as not staying for one! My prayers are with you.

Safe travels!

(Of course the cat has to live inside! Even my former stray who is terrified of people wants to be indoors. Cats know when they've got a good thing going.) ;)

Thank you Lenise! We trust God to keep us safe:-)

Yeah, the cat made himself king of the shed, haha. He goes in and out as he pleases and him and Mia, our dog are best buds. I hope to take a pic sometimes when they are loving on eachother.

God's Grace.
