The Money-Pit

While I was about to go into the kitchen, I asked Kc if I could get him anything. His grinning reply was: "Yeah, money! Lots of money!"
I put down my cup, stretched out my arm and started shaking my sleeve. Of course nothing rolled out of it. "Sorry, it's empty!"

A little time passed till I got this e-mail. Those spammers sure know how to find you, no matter what you do, but this one had me burst out in laughter. It was from one of those lenders and it said: Refinance your ARM today!

Ain't that the pits!! I guess they forgot to add it would cost me an arm and a leg as well, hehe.

I think I will pass their offer. I rather lean on the everlasting arm! He has and is providing all we need. :-)

Isaiah 40:11
He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young.

Yes, leaning on the everlasting arm... Plus we have waiting for us the most gorgeous home with gold paneling, diamond steps and gates made of pearls.

My dad always said he never wanted to meet the oysters that made those pearls LOL

Hi Corry I just wanted to say I had a money pit at one time , the problem is I forgot where I buried it ? Life is simple when you don't have to worry about spending it ! Blessings. Ron.

Ron,
I suspect it's not sprouting up either huh? Neither is what we buried in our yard, inspite of fertilizers, watering and loving care. grin.

I would have no problem spending it. Too many people in need. How I would love to be able to be an anonymous giver. :-)

Have a blessed day, brother!

God's Grace.

Didn't mean to shout, I just got excited. :)

Christy,
Thanks for dropping in and for your comment.:-)

You are right, sometimes who they are from are just as funny. Got to admire their creativity.
These days I spam the spammers. I reply with a link to my Scribbles. Maybe that's why I don't get too much spam, hehe.

Have a blessed weekend!
