Learning From Experience

A couple of years ago, our oldest daughter started a new job. She was hired as a personal assistant to one of the directors of a company who provides care for those suffering from Hemophilia.

She enjoyed it and worked hard. Her labor, dedication, efficiency and commitment to the company equated in a promotion not long after she started. It did not stop there and she continued climbing up the ladder pretty quick.

A little while back, the company expanded with a division that lends a helping hand to the sick and needy and we were grateful, proud for and of our oldest daughter when she was appointed the new director of this division.

The real work is just beginning though; this new addition to the company needs to be brought to the attention of the people. I don't think they have a website yet and the best way to start is by taking advantage of the availability of the Internet and set one up.

The first step would be finding a good web hosting service which meets all their requirements and needs. This may seem like no big deal, but I know from experience what a precarious, painstaking and time consuming task that is.

When one of the web hosts I was using decided to quit, I was left in a lurch and had to find another one. I discovered soon enough that the choice in web hosting services is humongous and checking out all of them was practically impossible.

I picked the first one which seemed to come closest to what I was looking for, just to find out that I could had the same for less with another web host. Nowadays, finding the right host has become a lot easier by reading the web hosting reviews based on experiences of others.

I will share this information with her and direct the new director in to the right direction. Grin.
