Busy Bee

Sorry dear friends, for not being online much these past several day but I haven't forgotten about y'all!!
We have been so busy with re-decorating (and still are, hehe) that time for visiting and commenting on y'all's site, or posting, has been/is consumed by it. I hope to catch up with everyone of you soon though!

Thanks for your patience. May God give you as many blessings as He has given us:-)

2 Peter 3:8
But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Corry -

Decorating (or in your case, re-decorating) sounds like much fun to me right now. In anticipation of us starting on our new home and getting to pick out every single thing that goes in it.

Of course, in our case, someone else is doing all the work! So that makes a big difference.

We went out yesterday to Home Depot to start looking at things like kitchen counter tops, kitchen sinks, faucets, shower heads, cabinets, etc, etc. We don't plan to get much (if anything) from Home Depot, but were looking for ideas and what we like and don't like.

It was very profitable and we made a good start, but were rather appalled at the prices on things we liked. I don't know about you and Kc, but somehow Tom and I almost always hone in first, independently, on the most expensive things we see! It's awful! Because we know for the most part we're going to have to settle for the nearer to the bottom of the line stuff. But we get good ideas, anyway, and that helps a lot.

Hope you're having a good week. I must apologize, though, because I cannot - still - seem to spell your name right consistently whe commenting and writing to you. And I'm such a stickler about spelling, too!

Dee

That sounds like a whole lot of fun. Probably more fun than I have time for with two kids under 2! =]

Dee,
You are blessed to have someone do it for you, haha. We put in a new floor in the living-room ourselves and we were sooo wore out after that, but it was worth the effort!

I am sure your new house is going to look great! I love getting new ideas, even if we don't need them. Just to know what's available in case we do need them.

Don't worry about my name-spelling. Most people here think it's Corey and my mom always writes Corrie. Guess what? I answer to all three of them, haha.

Have a great and blessed week as well, Dee. I hope your foot is finally healing and you are doing well:-)

Pia,
Thanks girlie. We enjoy the result! Actually, we enjoyed doing it although in the end we wish the floor would put itself down. I guess our age showed through, hehe.

Can't wait for you to see it!!! grin.
Love you too girl:-) I will catch up with you soon.

Audrey,
Thanks, that's so sweet :-) We missed y'all as well. And we are so happy with our new lay-out and decorations. God blessed! :-)

Luv ya, lieve zus.

Cinder,
We missed y'all too. To say all is well with both of us??? Let's see, creeking ole bones, tired, muscle-aches... haha.

Much love and blessings to you too:-)

Lenise,
Those little rascals sure take up your time, huh? But that's fun as well, just in another way:-)
BTW, you will get that fun when you move. Prolly more then you bargained for, hehe.

Andrea,
It's not something I would want to do all the time unless I could supervise and delegate, hehe. But it was fun and a blessing.
I'll catch up with you asap. I pray your trip was a blessing:-)

Ryan,
Not just me, our entire "bee-hive" has been busy. We even put a friend of ours, who dropped in unexpectedly, to work, haha.

Karen,
Every day away from good friends and family is a day too long:-)

God's Grace.
