I suspect that lots of businesses either had to be sold or had to merge, to make it through these bad economical times. I sure hope they had a good company with lots of expertise to help them out.

It must not have been an easy task, but Generational Equity pulled it off and was even nominated 11 times by the M&A advisors for their outstanding work.
