Home Remedy For Back Pain

I am not sure what is up, but my back has been bothering me so much lately. Once I am up and running, it is fine and it makes me wonder whether it is lack of activity, or just something I have to learn to live with.

Either way, I came across a tip which should be extremely helpful when it comes down to relieving back pain. Although I haven't tried it yet, I have every intention of doing so, since it is an easy and cheap method which can be done at any time and even multiple times a day if need be.

It involves castor oil. No, don't worry, because you don't have to ingest it to reap the benefits. Grin.

The way it works is like this; put a few drops of oil on your back, spreading it out evenly on the spot where the pain manifests itself. Place a piece of plastic wrap over, put a heating pad on top of it and let it sit for 30 minutes. This should do the trick.

It is definitely worth trying and in case it doesn't work, there are plenty more applications for castor oil and I will get around to those shortly.

Healing goes beyond just the physical aspect and mind, heart, and soul need it just as bad. The remedy is simple and easy and always within reach. All it takes is folding your hands in prayer!

Luke 9:11
But when the multitudes knew it, they followed Him; and He received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who had need of healing.
