Attending VBS

It must be some sort of bug that is going round. I felt bad for a couple of days last week, but it was gone just as quickly as it came. Unfortunately, it jumped from me to hubby and has been bugging him for a few days.

The main symptoms are feeling weak, exhausted, slightly nauseated at times, and a heavy head. It leaves you feeling 'blah' all over and totally without any gumption and energy.

I am thankful it only lasts for a couple of days, but I do hope it will not affect the children. I suspect they are more resilient to it, although our oldest grandson was complaining about having a slight headache yesterday. We better keep an eye on them.

It is hard to believe they have been here for three weeks already. Two more weeks and they will be going home again. Time goes by way too fast, but we are enjoying it to the extent possible.

We most certainly were grateful that the boys had the opportunity to attend VBS (Vacation Bible School). They loved it and our oldest grandson is as proud as a peacock of the Bible he received the last night.

He even told us he got saved, although the little six-year old didn't have a notion yet as to what that meant. He is on the right path though and we pray he will continue on it! :-)

Isaiah 45:22
"Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
