A Very Merry Christmas Everyone!

It is the day before Christmas and all through the house,
everyone is stressing, still needing some presents to browse.

So much cooking and cleaning and shopping to do,
and don't forget the wrapping, because that is part of it too.

Slowly but surely the space under the tree
is piling up with presents and examined with glee.

Not much longer and they will be unwrapped.
Paper will be torn and ribbons are snapped.

Some gifts may be big and some may be small,
but don't overlook The Greatest Gift of all.

Whether there are presents galore or perhaps even none,
the most precious being given is God's only begotten Son!
